A Bazaar was organized with in Wise's Compound

A Bazaar was organized from 5-10 September 2010 within the compound of the wise Academy in connection with the Ethiopian New-year 2003.The bazaar,which was colorfully opened on the 5th of September,attracted a large number of buyers and sellers as it was introduced to WISE members and residents of the city through promotional work that lasted for about a month.Quite a lot of persons bought heir produces to the Bazaar and the items that were on sale,apart from those meant for the New Year's festivities,included various kinds of clothes,jewelry,leather products,handicrafts and various types of home made drinks.

ToT Organized in Basic Business Skills

A training of trainers(ToT) on basic Business Skills was held from 14-24 September 2010 at the WISE Academy.The ToT was attended by a total of 22 participants drawn from various organizations.The participants expresssed their satisfication and delight about the training mentioning that they have indeed grasped wide-ranging business-related knowledge.They have also given various feedbacks about the training and promised to translate the knowledge they aquired in to practice when they return to their respective organizations
